The contact form does not send anything to our servers: when you press “Send”, it opens your own e-mail program with a pre-filled message, and we receive it as a normal e-mail. The same applies if you write to us or call us directly.

We use your name, phone number, e-mail address and message only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare your stay, retreat or seminar. Legal basis: your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

We keep this information for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you book with us, for the periods required by tax and accounting law.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., United States) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of the visit, in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is done under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

This website does not use cookies or any similar tracking technology, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and photos are served from this website itself.

The map in the Contact section is only loaded when you click “Show the map”. Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) then receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking. If you don't click, nothing is sent to Google.

The Facebook and Instagram icons are plain links: no data is shared with Meta unless you click them and visit those sites.

We do not sell your data. It is only shared with the service providers we need to run this website and our e-mail (such as our hosting and e-mail providers), or with public authorities when the law requires it.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@villapiblau.com.

If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
